Well… I want to answer this..

1. http://www.raaga.com (real player needed)
2. http://www.dishant.com

and I made a small link for myslef, it has around 15 online hindi radio stations

This link is sort of fleeting and I may remove it but hopefully not for next 5-6 months.

You can also go to http://www.shoutcast.com and search for hindi stations.

I generally prefer radio stations over selecting the songs.
