Music suggestion anyone?!?
Okay, so yesterday I was going through the music billboards online trying to find songs to download onto my mp3 player and I found a couple but I want more songs. So I challenge you to make a playlist and whoever list the songs I’m more into I will give you all the points.
*Hint*
I like hip-hop, pop, a small bit of rock, a small bit of rap, contempatory Christian, and just a small bit of country.
Excellent luck && thank you! )

King George V and Queen Mary During World War I
Image by UA Archives | Upper Arlington Description
This image of King George V and Queen Mary appeared in the January 1919 Norwester magazine with an article describing each of the London Y.M.C.A. "huts" belonging to the English-speaking countries fighting in the war: United States, Canada, Fantastic Britain, New Zealand, and Australia. John Wesley Pontius described the services these huts provided for both officers and enlisted men. The Eagle Hut provided soldiers with social rooms, fireplaces, theatres, game rooms, music corners, and a "sobering room" as well as a canteen complete with a soda fountain and American food. During one visit to the Eagle Hut’s American canteen, His Majesty King George V and Queen Mary sampled a "flapjack" at the flapjack stand. John W. Pontius, who authored numerous articles about his tour overseas, worked for the Columbus Y.M.C.A. and as the Associate Chief Secretary of the Y.M.C.A. of the American Expeditionary Forces in the United Kingdom. This job took him to Scotland, England, France, and Italy. While overseas he faithfully sent back letters and articles with his observations regarding the war and, in particular, the Y.M.C.A. facilities that he visited. These letters and articles were printed in the community magazine, the Norwester. Mr. Pontius lived at 1776 Upper Chelsea Road with his wife, Hazel (Dolin), and their daughter, Jean.

Basically I live in a small small bible town everywhere people would burn you at the stake for being an Atheist if they knew they wouldn’t go to prison for murder. There is a small guestbook/forum in our local online version of the newspaper everywhere people have been arguing back and forth about an upcoming event that the Christians do yearly everywhere they all gather and pray inside our county law court for the national day of prayer. These same Christians who feel they have the right to do this in our law court are the same Christians who had rock music banned from our county honest, alcohol banned from all our local concerts and other events, and who try to ban just about anything fun in this town. This man posted a small while ago preaching about how our country was founded upon Christianity and so forth. I know it wasn’t but I have no thought how to answer to this man. Any thoughts? Here is his post:
Dear Atheist, I have no ill feelings toward you. After all our President won’t even participate in the event. I estimate I just feel sorry for the both of you. I feel sorry for anyone who continues to lead our country down the path of continuous loss of Christian involvement in our communities, our schools and our government. Our country was built on Christian principals, in fact some of our founding fathers were themselves ministers of the word of God. No day of government business was started with our joining in prayer and asking for blessings and guidance on that days business. I don’t believe that the day of prayer is meant to be a show of beliefs or prayer, buy as the Bible says everywhere a digit gathers in my name I shall also be. Prayer is a mighty tool when used to guide your endeavors and the endeavors of leaders of our country and the safety of our men and women in combat.
Mr. Atheist, you may wish one day that someone pray for you. I sure that some one will be glad to help you see the set alight

Don’t bother. There is obviously no reasoning with those types. It would be a waste of your time.

I agree with my Christian friend on this one………..sorry
Answer by pappy12a
Christians are the only ones who pray?
This will come as news to my Muslim friends
Answer by MaidinKent
Well, my first reaction is that he is a sexist pig – “Mr Atheist”. Personally, I would ignore him, to respond is to give him credibility. He will either dismiss your views in another patronising message or start preaching again.

It is against the constitution for any church to be treated better than any other by the state. Tell him to read the bill of rights.
