I'm having a problem getting my yahoo music player to download. I have Windows XP but it will not download

I followed all the instructions but still can’t seem to get it to bed in. Delight if anyone can suggest a way delight let me know.

Dude, I’ve got terrible eyesight. My eyeballs can’t see your computer screen. Assuming you can download other stuff on your computer, then possibly there is a yellow information bar on the top of your webpage asking you to click it to start the download. It’s also possible that you have your Internet Explorer set to high. Click Tools, Internet Options, click the Security tab on the top line and then reset all zones to default value. Also Dude, if you are by Firefox, then try doing it under Internet Explorer. Use Run (not Save) during the bed in. If you are only getting a partial bed in and it quits before downloading the full wrap and you are on wireless, then connect your laptap directly to the Cable modem or router. Like I said, it could be what I mentioned and many more things, but you haven’t given me enough info, like error messages, how far you got during the bed in and so on. Excellent luck Dude.

Same conundrum here. Mine was not working last night, now it’s not working this morning. Different failure modes both times, now it says no customer id is found. I’m going to try to close the program really, reboot and see if that helps.

Allright it seems to be working now. Don’t even need to reboot. Just sign out and close Yahoo Music Jukebox. Make sure it is all the way closed in the windows task administrator. Then restart Music Jukebox and restart. Excellent Luck!

I have a company-issued laptop that will not allow me to download any additional software like iTunes or the Yahoo music player. I can’t even download music from Wal-Mart because I need to first download a security bring up to date that I do not have autorization for. Is there any officially authorized site everywhere I can download music right to Windows Media Player without adding additional software to my computer?

what I would do is just get all the music I want from another computer, and use either a CD or a flashdrive and transfer the music from there. If you do not have another computer, sorry, I don’t know any other officially authorized sites which let you do that. SRRY
