If you don’t have expressed written consent from Billboard, is it illegal to show their top 100 list on your website?

Delight help me with this! I really really wanna know. Miley Cyrus song is #10 on the billboard top 100, while Selena is on #around30 I estimate, but Miley Cyrus is nowhere to be seen from #1 to #40, so which one is better?
Answer by -♄Pretty Substantial aWkwaRd~♒
Selena’s song is doing better. Do the math kid.
Answer by califran
The Top 100 is the singles chart, the Top 200 is the albums chart. So Miley Cyrus’s single is doing better than Selena Gomez’s (#36), but Selena Gomez’s album is doing better than Miley Cyrus’s EP (#42).
I don’t know which is more vital these days, singles or albums, so I don’t know which one is doing better at the moment.
