Books for adults about fairies, fey, pixies, etc?

I want to read books about faireis, fey, pixies, etc that are for adults, not young adults, any suggestions? I just finished Wicked Lovely and Ink Exchange and will be reading the last two of the series but I want something written more for adults.

The book Jonathan Strange and Mr. Norrel isn’t totally based around fairies, but faeries are key to the plot of the story. Jonathan and Mr. Norrel are two magicians in in England during the Napoleonic War, with differing views about how to use their magic, and a fairy that is almost an antagonist.

Walking down the Zig Zag Track, off of Atkinson Road in Titirangi today (18 January, 2011), with the sproglets, talking about fairies and things… Ordinarily this walk would take about 30 minutes. With four kids, constantly stopping to peer in ever crevice and hole for fairies makes the walk approximately 90+ minutes long, and filled with huge mosquitoes biting as every chance possible.
