At walmart or similar supplies what doll shoes would work for my 27cm female dollfie
some of the newer dolls have flat feet, as they are calculated to look more like Japanese – and additional Asian dolls. If i buy the doll shoes with clothes from Walmart rather than buying just the shoes from Ebay i can alter the clothes to fit my Dollfie, and pay about the same and as for doll fairs there are none any where close to where i live.

You will need to take the doll with you to look at the shoes, and see if they fit. I personally have never seen that type of shoe there. I would check out ebay type venues for persons shoes. Use your search engine on persons sites. I have been selling on ebay for over ten years and I place all of the clothes as well up for sale and I list the types of dolls the clothes or shoes fit on.

I order a lot of my doll repair supplies from http://www.dollsparts.com/cgi-bin/dept?dpt=H&srch=15&nitem=9001-1, its a fantastic company and they have all kinds of shoes, but there is a minimum order policy, maybe you have friends and you all may maybe make a joint order.

Also community doll shows work and or a doll making shop will have the special items too or should. Place on you Sherlock Holmes hat.

there are some books on how to make doll shoes and I have made some for some of my dolls from ancient leather gloves. Also the Dollfie body type is not new to the doll industry just the faces are different. i have a German fashion that’s a Dessler who has about the same size foot and found a shoe that fits here and to the period of stylishness. Just made sure you exchange the size to inches as well and or make copies of the bottom of the foot.

The Tammy doll had a wider foot than the Barbie to and some of the additional similar type dolls from that era. But I thought some of the dollfiles came taller too. i wanted to share this sight with you the lady who does her doll has been written up in several national magazines in the usa. Look at her designs i am very intriged her her things. Delight in!

I know barbie clothes would fit, but not sure about shoes. I reckon dollfies have slightly wider feet than barbie’s so you’re probably better off buying the shoes from Volks. At least you know they should fit.

I heard this too from someone who lives in Southern California. I live in Northern California and have visited several supplies in the East/Bay Area and the evidence points to the contrary. If they are eliminating the department then I don’t know why they are bringing in newer and newer stuff… Also I heard the rumor was posted on Walmart.com but I never found it.

my community Wal-Mart has eliminated the fabric section. The rest of the crafts are down to one small isle. They are carrying just the bare necessities.
