I think i got a virus! Help me!!!?

Ok so i turn my mainframe on today and a wierd logo in the bottom right taskbar was there it was like a circle/buffer looking reckon that was gray with black lines through it (like checkered) I had no thought what it was but i cant click on it to open it or right click on it. It makes my computer really slow and pause. So i started my mainframe in safe mode and looked in my uninstall programs and saw some wierd business i never heard of or installed. so i uninstalled. it took the buffer away but now My speakers make a wierd noise! its a noise that is always there and i have to mute my mainframe or it gets really annoying and i cant listen to music anymore because of this noise. Its such a wierd noise i cant clarify what it sounds like, it is just really annoying, i reckon i have a virus. I did CC Cleaner, Spybot search and ruin, and AVG is scanning right now for virus’s hasnt found anything but tracking cookies yet. And my Hijack this log is below but i dont know how to tell if anything is incorrect by looking at it but i know u can somehow, so if any of u can thank you.

these things can all be deleted as long as you don’t use them yourself like limewire and itunes and the additional install crap and stuff is just junk you don’t really need

these are the ones I would keep… I don’t reckon that would mess your computer up

Answer by danleela137
not all this…especially things like your modem…conexant… touchpad, that is your mouse …..internet service launcher….java runtime…microsoft office..(can be..but dont recomend removal) modem diagnostic tool, dont remove roxio, or user guides, not your printer….just if u dont know them and u reckon they do something, dont remove it unless you get professional to look at it. …your computer wouldnt work well without most of persons. especially ur modem and ur touchpad..
