is it true that tape recorded(only audio) or both video&audio proofs r not accepted by courts?

is it right that tape recorded(only audio) or both record&audio proofs r not accepted by courts?is it not accepted as evidence.along with that the victims must come forward to give complaint,then only it will be accepted.which one is right?

The value of electronic evidence, record or audio is dependent on your state laws, as to how the evidence was obtained. Some states allow recording of a two party converstation by one of the parties, and others don’t. One vital issue is that all persons on an audio tape must be identified by some form of evidence additional than just someone saying that sounds like the person.

If you are talking about victims (complainants) charitable testimony via audio or audion and record, this is not possible in the US, as all persons are intitled to face their accuser(s) in a court of law and cross examine any witnesses..

Once the CD-R is burned then you cannot delete.

Once the anything is written on the CD-R and closed you cannot add or remove anything.

On the additional hand, the CD-RW will allow you to add and remove files

Same applies to DVDs

DVD-R

you cannot add or remove files after it has been written

DVD-RW

you can edit and add files at any time

You cant with a CR-R, but you can with a CR-RW.
