Easiest way would be to get one of the number of YouTube iPod rippers which allow you to download and convert videos found on YouTube into the correct format for iTunes and your iPod.

I have actually created a site recently andd have down-loadable music and videos for the psp, mp3, and ipod systems. I don’t have many on there at the moment but am currently updating and putting more on. There is a huge variety of downloads and it is very easy to do.
