Seeking to identify all cities within the TOP 40 designated marketing areas, DMAs?

You’d think it would be reasonable to expect to find this data without having to punch in one zip-code at a time (i’ve got 5,000) .
Apparently, the only folks truly intrested in this stuff are those willing to pay large sums for it, and that would not be me.
If anyone can point me to a URL where I can find ALL CITIES WITHIN the TOP 40 DMAs, i’ll be much obliged

I have all A’s and B’s and am in the top 40% at a well-regarded high school in Texas, and was wondering if Texas Tech, Angelo State, Texas State, etc. was in my reach. Thanks in advance!
