Is there such a thing as an online music maker?

Is there such a thing as an online music maker?

What I mean is…
I have no skills at all in instruments so I cant make proper music. and i dont have a band or anything soo….
If any of you remember icoke.com…there was this thing where you could make your own music using little pieces of music from different instruments and put them together to make your own song.
What im looking for is something like that, where you can basically create your own song online by using pre-recorded sounds and piece them together.
Something tells me im not going to get a lot of answers on this one…oh well. :)
thx.

Fruityloops. Made by imageline. It’s super popular, pretty versatile. Costs money, but has a trial.

Bevestigde sprekers:

Charlotte Hess (Syracuse University – Keynote), Ben Moskowitz (Open Video Alliance), Simona Levi (Free Culture Forum), Bas Savenije (Koninklijke Bibliotheek), Michael Edson (Smithsonian Commons), Yann Moulier Boutang (Multitudes), Peter B. Kaufman (Intelligent Television), Harry Verwayen (Europeana), James Boyle (Duke University), Rufus Pollock (Open Knowledge Foundation), Jeff Ubois (DTN), Sandra Fauconnier (NIMK), Volker Grassmuck (USP Sao Paulo), Dymitri Kleiner (Telekommunisten), Jaromil (NIMK Artlab), Marco Sachy (Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam), Nathaniel Tkacz (Universiteit van Melbourne), Dolf Veenvliet (Blender), Michael Dale (Open Media for Wikipedia), Lucie Guibault (Universiteit van Amsterdam) e.a.
