You need a video card that supports composite analogue output

Yeah you can buy a new graphics card. But there is a cheaper way, you can find of those adapters. Here are some examples

Now i do not know where you live, i am from Europe, so you have to look around at your local stores, or E-bay. They are not so expensive.

All I can think is you need a tuner of some sort, to tune the RF from the antenna and output L/R audio on the tuned station.
