A bruh just go delete that and go 4 bearshare or something limewire may maybe kill yo computer

Answer by Linuxiac
That would be the RIAA tracking software, built in after the Grokster case was won by RIAA goons.

The Limewire developers all re-wrote it and made Frostwire that is better than liewire-pro, an is hosted off shore.

Also, is built-in in http://pclinuxos.com

Always work from behind a hardware firewall, like http://ipcop.org on a Pentium box.

There should be a way to turn that off in tools/options. Go down to advanced and under system startup uncheck. But i have had that same conundrum before and only reinstalling it fixes it sometimes.

Is limewire starts when you turn on the computer? Yes, then you to remove from the startup.

Directions to remove from startup!

Open limewire….

Tools…….

Options……

Advance(you can find on the left of the dialouge box)

System start………

Uncheck “Run on system startup”…….

Excellent to go

My week ancient Macbook Pro! It’s doing pretty awesome. Didn’t exchange much from my previous screenshot additional than the icons and whatnot.

I had the pun "Snow Leopard" social class on for a while (via Smashingmagazine.com), but got really bored of it’s "cute-ness". My Snow Leopard is on it’s way! I can’t wait to install it!

Here’s the list of apps that are currently occupying my dock:
Finder, Dictionary, Safari, Photobooth, Mail, iTunes, Firefox, MSN, Pages, TextEdit, TextWrangler (coding), MS Word, Aperture 2, Limewire, Photoshop CS4, Flickr Uploadr, System Preferences, Application with Darth Vader icon, Documents, Downloads, Trash.

I also have iStat running on the top bar

I’ve been thinking about buying Limewire Pro, but i don’t know how quick it really is.

i used to have Pro, but honestly there was no difference for me.
But maybe it was my computer. But if basic works fine for you, then why waste your money on something you don’t if it works?
