What could be wrong with my computer Help?

I was trying to do some searching on google for a intimate record tape of this well-known artist,And for life curios this is what happened, well it took me to a few sites and accidentally when I clicked on to one I tryed to downloaded the record and now my computer says that I have some kinda security conundrum . I have anti-spyware but from what it looks it didn’t help prevent anything,My friend came over and tryed helping me last night and it seems that someone was trying to hack my computer but there was no luck please help… What else can it be a virus,? Would I be able to use my computer again?….Can someone really take my info..Im very worried..
Any advice would be very helpful thanks

YES you have a VIRUS restart your pc in safe mode and run your antivirus and spyware progs……

that’s usually rogue spyware and not a virus.run full scans with both of these,make sure you update both before scanning.both are free

You hve got malware, no virus, download SpyBot and scan your PC with it. Update Spybot before scan.

Ok i got an answer telling me that i didnt place enough info in my question. So im going to. I went to google to find the bannerbomb method of getting the homebrew direct on my wii. I didnt find much. So i went to youtube. There were many step by step videos for me to follow. I went through each step carefully. Then it said to click the link in the description box to download some data for the thingy. When I clicked the link, the download box that appears does not say “run” which is what its supposed to say to start the download. Instead it says “find”. When I click “find” it pulls up another tab and in that tab is some kind of Windows helper thingy. Obviously it may maybe not find the download that everyone else can find. Obviously my computer despises me. If you can clarify why my comupter can’t find the download please tell me. Please.

ohh you dont know much about computers do you? i get your question, it says run because its use to (i assume your using internet examiner, you shouldnt be… you should get firefox, opera, or chrome) running the program in windows, this is not a program, its for the wii. ill help you out.

download this and save it to your desktop (NOT RUN!!!!!! download!!!)

in the zip file there are two files, private and boot.elf. make sure there is NOTHING on your SD Card and uzip them to it

so on your SD card there should be 2 things, a private folder and a boot.elf file (DO NOT RENAME EITHER!)

take the SD card out and place it in your wii

follow this guide to start the hackmii installer
