Does anybody know of a computer program that will record a web radio show for later listening?

I want to confirmation a program from a University Radio Station but am way outside their broadcast area. They also place it out over the net. How can I confirmation this?

I use WM recorder to confirmation internet audio and video. It monitors your network card so ANY audio or video thats streamed, like internet radio, will get captured. I use it all the time.
