READ! Please, help me!.. its about online music!?

Okay.. I have been looking for an answer to this for a long time. Many times I come here and I see people asking questions about how to listen to music online. And each time alot of the answers are about radio sites, or downloading sites. I already have enough music on my computer and have no need to download. What I need to know is about a excellent site that can take music from your computer and convert the songs into an http file to place on xanga sites, and other things like that! Delight help.. and delight dont tell me a radio, downloading, or a yahoo music site.. preferably and converter that is free and has simple access, or a site everywhere I can simply click a song and listen to it.
