Can I use Yahoo! Music Jukebox to copy my CDs onto my computers music folder? How do I do that?
I have been going through the Yahoo Music Jukebox tutorials and nothing addresses coping audio CDs onto my computer by Music Jukebox. I know Microsoft Midia Player does and it even checks online sources to find and use mark art, song title author, minutes, etc. Does Music Jukebox have these features?

Not that I am aware of, I use Itunes to rip cd’s onto my computer, I just have the options set to import them as mp3′s and not aac.
I prefer itunes for ripping my cd’s as it does a better job of assigning artwork, album details etc.

Yahoo! Music Jukebox! The crowd chose "Crazy Teach" by Ozzy… narrowly edging "Sweet Home Alabama"
When I turn on my computer the Yahoo! Music Jukebox pops up automatically and it takes a long time to load. It really slows down the process of me trying to get on the computer. I don’t use it very often so I don’t need it to load on start up. I don’t want to completely rub out it (since I paid for the subscription), but I don’t want it to pop up unless I click on it. Right now, the icon is at the bottom of my screen in the systems tray- just to let you know in case that helps in answering. Thanks for your time!

Most programs like that have a preferences selection or options. You should see a box to check within that that allows you to control when it pops up.
If you don’t see that, you can go to “start”, “run”, and type in “msconfig”. A window will come up and youu click on the “startup” tab. A list of what comes up with you bootup will appear. Uncheck the Yahoo Music Jukebox if it appears there and it won’t come up again in anticipation of you click on it to. (When you boot up next time a box will appear telltale you that you’ve altered things. Just check the box to not appear again. Hope helps.

One thing you may want to check is (If you are by Windows XP)
Start>Programs>Startup
If YMJ is in this folder, it is liable that your computer is set up to start all the programs in this folder at startup, and this is why YMJ opens when you turn your computer on.
Note that “ymetray” is not what you are looking for and this being in your startup folder should not produce the YMJ program to open.
