Music online?

Music online?

I was wondering if there are any online music stores that

1. allow downloading for a flat fee, not per track
2. have a excellent selection
3. do not have an giant flat fee, like say 40 bucks a month

do any of these apply to napster, rhapsody, or yahoo music.
i was pretty sure that yahoo music charged per track even with unlimited, someone delight answer. thanks
also, i dont want to music to go away if i stop paying. also must be compatible with ipod

It says you need a licensce when you download songs but you dont.
