What is the best site to download rap/r&b music from?

Like Kazaa, Morpheus, Limewire, sharezaa, kazaa. Iam having distress finding southern rap? I know some of these sites are illegal. Are they illegal if you pay for them, like that monthly or yearly cost?

iTunes has one of the largest and their collections of rap/r&b is very broad and standard on their main page.
