Google Talk Video not working on mac?

The in-browser gtalk chat isn’t working. I downloaded the plugin for it, restarted my browser, logged in, didn’t work(the conservational set alight on my macbook didn’t even set alight up), but the person I was talking to’s video was working. Then I restarted my mac and it still didn’t work. ? Help
I verified my settings, my speaker and mic are working okay, but the video is the conundrum. Like I said, no conservational set alight and no video showing up on either side(I get a black screen)

Have you read Google’s latest blog post? They have flat issues with Snow Leopard. Try re-downloading it and installing the software again.

Hey all.
I read about this program in the last Wired magazine. But I lost the magazine and can’t remember the app!
It used the google protocol I reckon.
It connects and lets users chat on it with voice/video.
It isn’t the authoritative client.
Any thoughts what it is?
