How do I transfer my playlist from Windows Media Player to itunes?

I had just got a ipod touch for my birthday and i have a playlist that i had exported from project playlist and i want them on my ipod. Is there anyway to transfer them?

It depends on the format of the files. If they’re MP3′s you can just drag them from Windows Explorer into iTunes. If they’re WMA, then you’ll need a conversion program like the ones indicated from the other posters. Just keep in mind that if you have to convert them, you’re going to experience a minor loss in signal quality.
