How do I move my Yahoo Music Unlimited service to my new computer?

I just bought a new computer and want to use my Music Unlimited service on it. Yahoo seems to want me to buy it again. How ca I go my service to my new computer?

use the email or program and go it to new PC. Copy onto disk then transfer it.

You can bed in YMU on up to 3 devices. If you are retiring your ancient computer, you need to go through the YMU uninstall routine on it before you take the ancient PC out of service. Otherwise, you lose one of your “installs” forever. (This is not just the Control Panel “uninstall software” app. You need to do the YMU routine on the ancient PC to uninstall it.)

I don’t use YMU for myself, so I can’t tell you exactly how to do the uninstall or how to tell YMU you already have a subscription for the new PC. You might try looking in Yahoo Help for YMU if it’s not clear.

Glossy end on the front of the player. The scroll wheel is rubberized and mechanical (i.e. not touch-sensitive as with the iPod). The scroll wheel can be pressed at the top for the pop-up home menu, pressed to the left/right to rew/ff through a song or to steer backward/forwards in the menus, and pressed at the bottom for play/pause.

Everytime I play a 30 second sample I get the message from Yahoo saying my subscription is expired and I can only listen to 30 seconds rather than full length. You’d reckon after checking no 1000 times it would stop asking me if I want to sign up for the Unlimited Music.

Not completely sure, but why don’t you turn on your pop up blocker. It stops mine from popping up when on Yahoo music, or any other site for that matter. Otherwise download Mozilla Firefox instead of Internet Explorer or Netscaspe. It has a pop up blocker inlcuded for free!
