What is the name for the popup feature in the google search textbox?

When a user types a complete/partial keyword in the search box in Google. The top matches will instantly popup underneath for selecting. Is there a specific name for this feature? (I was thinking possibly something like ‘lookahead’ but doesn’t signal right).

its called Query Suggestions if u go to google.com go to setting u can turn it on /of and in yahoo 2

Strolling through the "warehouse district" of LA, tell-tale signs that a movie or TV show is being filmed. One dude of Mexican, Samoan or Hawaiian descent is sitting in a chair in the middle of nowhere. Signs with nonsensical names printed on them are posted all over the city pointing you to that spot. Large rolls of tape are all over the ground. In this case, I stumbled crosswise a huge (5 football fields huge) warehouse that was a signal stage for 5 different TV shows that happened to be shooting at the same time. This is in the middle of the concrete jungle that is LA. This is the mud road and matching color buildings that make up this purposefully, unassuming lobby to said signal stages.
Given that huge burst of set alight in your eye and the fact that you can still see the buildings, I take upon yourself I don’t have to clarify that this was processed as an HDR image.

I’m looking for a tool or a set of statistics that would let me know how often certain words get entered and searched for in Google or Yahoo or any search engine.

Sounds like a long-shot, but does anyone know of anything?

See as far as i know SEO use many words related to search item so that when any person tries to search one/more contest can be found and it can be in search list most of the times.
