If Google buy Youtube then will you be able to download Youtube videos?

I was hoping so because on Google video you can download videos but youtube you cant. If google goes through with export youtube, then will you be able to download youtube videos?
I was wondering because pretty much all of the videos I have saved as my favorites on youtube are not on google vid. so i was hoping that after the change they would make that service of downloading to itunes available.

From what I’m hearing they’re not changing the service yet. Google videos is still going to exist separately.

I didn’t know Google was even thinking about export out YouTube. I’m sure they would make some changes if they did, but considering the success that YouTube has, I don’t reckon they would want to make many changes. Just changes to avoid copyright issues with the stupid industry.

Ever since I switched to Google Chrome from Safari I’ve ben having the promplem of downloading Youtube videos. I’ve search video on YouTube but nothing so I just chose to go around google and found these two 3rd party extensions and there fantastic, well not as fantastic as the extensions for Safari but it will do.
