How can i get free mp3 music downloads from websites but the whole song not half of it?

I find websites to downloads from but they give me half the song.

There is this program called LIME WIRE and it’s free unless you buy the pro version but the basic is free and just as excellent so just go to:www.limewire.com. I hope this helps! : )
