How do i get around the youtube music copyright?

I make a music record for (avril – alice ) I download the song from avrilbandaids and I download the record from youtube (I mix the record ) ,but when I upload the record on youtube and it say your record include content that is owned or licensed by these content owners:
Content owner: Sony Music Entertainment Type: Audio content ) then I try to play the record and it work fantastic

I delete the record ,but now i want to upload it again

you cant get around it, anything that you upload that contains elements that you didnt make and dont have permission to use is copyright infringement and is illegal

Be careful. Persons corporations will take anyone and everyone out who dares so much as use even a few seconds of their music. Seriously, be careful. They are huge time lawsuit types and they have the power to have your account on You Tube shut down if you try to use their material.

Hey heres a simple to follow guide on how to download videos from youtube as mp3s and then you just import them into itunes

First, you have to see if the user that uploaded the record/music supplied you with a download link.

If they did, then you download the music/record and save it to your computer.

Then you go to your files and find the record/music.

Make iTunes your default player so whenever you save a record/music, it will go directly to iTunes.

If it is in iTunes, then you hook up your iPod so iTunes can syncronize/add the song or record to the iPod.

Then, your excellent to go =)
