How can you download a Google record and have it able to be played in something additional than the Google record player? I tried “Save As” but windows media couldn’t play it.

If you use the Firefox browser you can install an add-on called ‘VideoDownloader’ which lets you download record’s from common websites like YouTube and Google. And can play them via a .flv player called Riva.

Google record is Adobe Flash record and delivered in both file base and stremaing mode. You have to use Flash player to playback.

Most download tools will rely on you to learn an url to feed in so it may maybe download the record. In fact, persons url is very hard to capture. Even worse, there is no url available for streaming record.

Try CyberFlash, it may maybe download and RECORD whatever you are watching with no need to feed url

A free flash player may maybe be downloaded from the site too.
