What is the best software for audio to text conversion?

I have a bunch of lectures recorded from school and was wondering if there’s an simple way to convert these audio files into text.

I know Google Labs used to have GAudi but this isn’t around anymore and I’m not sure how excellent of a product it was anyways.

Can anyone recommend some software or solution to this?
