Does anyone know what causes a computer to not let pogo games load all the way and play for you?

When I go to play pogo games, the games get stuck on please wait, loading. but it goes away and doesn’t load. Does any one know what causes that?

you might not have the right java script to launch the games

Try going to this link (pogo help) and on the left side is POGO TOOLBOX. Follow the instructions to ensure you have assess java, etc.
