Is there a way to watch legally owned Region 1 movies in a legally owned and unmodified Region 4 Xbox 360?
Most of my movies are imports from Amazon and the only place I can watch them is on my mainframe. Is there anything I can do to watch them on my Region 4 Xbox 360?
I know the simplest business would be to get a multi region DVD player but I don’t want to get separate devices. My Xbox 360 IS a DVD Player already! Isn’t it?

The simplest and safest way is to get a region free DVD player. They’re not that expensive, and you can find one on Amazon.

Unfortunately you’re gonna be region-locked. You’ll need to find a region-free version of the movie, or buy a standalone DVD player to watch them.

I have a PS2, and it had an Action Replay that allows it to view movies from any region. I haven’t used it, but I know they make Action Replays for the Xbox 360. See if you can find one, or wait until it comes out. It shouldn’t be too long if it’s not out already, and a heckuva lot cheaper than buying a stand-alone player.

One Hundred and Seven – Theme of the Day: Fun

I still can't judge it's April.
I've been thinking about happiness a lot recently. This has probably come about because I'm reading Gretchen Rubin's The Happiness Project. It has made me reckon about what things make me pleased. I place persons activities into three different categories: 1. Things that make me pleased, 2. Things I reckon should make me pleased, but don't, and 3. Things that probably would make me pleased, but I’m not sure about. Here are a few:
What Makes Me Pleased
Before a live audience with our pets, hanging upside down while indecisiveness (so I can get that butterfly feeling), cooking and baking, watching the sunset or sunrise, lying on the driveway in the sunshine, organizing, taking photos, wearing hoodies that are too huge for me, doing origami, reading self-improvement books, reading home improvement magazines, exploring small roads, spending time with kids, result new favorite flickr streams, having serious conversations with friends in the dark, and before a live audience games of nearly any kind.
What Doesn't Really Make Me Pleased
Taking a bath, painting my nails, flying, shopping for something specific, before a live audience on the computer, the wii, or gameboys, reading the comics, trying to be excellent at or knowledgeable about everything, singing in public, drinking iced tea, tanning, watching movies, saying I wish I would never grow older and would stay forever young like Peter Pan, and reading the classics to "improve for myself".
What Would Probably Make Me Pleased
Doing some light gardening, exercising more often, getting more sleep, and intake better.
This really isn’t a new revelation, it’s just life honest with for myself. Now after reading the chapter in her book about having more fun, I am resolved to focus on the things that make me pleased instead of forcing for myself to do additional things that won’t really make me feel pleased, but will only give the illusion of doing so. To anyone who needs a excellent, fun, uplifting book to read, I beyond doubt recommend it.
So in the theme of lightening up and having fun, today I spent a lot of time with my small sister, Becca. We played games on the wii (I beat her most of the time), fiddle with painted without fiddle with paints (We painted whatever we felt like. My first painting was of candy world, with lollipops growing in the ground and butterscotch clouds. My favorite painting of Becca’s had a magical lollipop tree that may maybe sense if you were a selfish person or not – if you had selfish motivations, the tree’s spikes would pop out and keep you from getting a lollipop.), played mancala (I won), jenga (she won), and then I taught her how make small paper dolls that are all linked collectively. I’m going to sleep pleased, and looking forward to tomorrow as a new day with even more fun in store for persons that search for it.

I really want to watch an Inuyasha movie (1 through 4). I can’t buy it from Amazon, persons “free anime viewing sites” are no help, so… please tell where i can rent/buy any of Inuyasha movies.
Answer by Kevin C
if you have a community mall around you like i do. you might beable to buy them there. If you can’t try to go to ur closest movie store and question for anime/fantasy movies.
Answer by Meghan
I see them everywhere.
My library has them for 7-day rentals for no charge.
Also, try the anime supplies in most malls and such or the site animeniacs.com has a lot of stuff. My friend bought her stuff from there for a lot cheaper then most places.
Answer by Hogan
Try Best Buy or Suncoast Videos. Ive seen them at bost.
Or surf around the net – if you know anything about using Newsgroups or Bit-torrent you can download it for free and burn it to DVD.
