How to listen to radio stations on the internet?

Im trying to see if i can listen to my radio station 97.9 thats in new york. Also im trying to listen to radio stations that are in the dominican republic. Can anyone help.

A lot of radio stations now-a-days have websites. If you can find their websites, just look at their homepage. Usually at the top they have a “click here to listen live” or something of the sort.

look for a webstream on the website

Go the station website. If you see a button that says something glaringly obvious like LISTEN NOW…click it.

What software have you tried that allows public to record radio stations without a microphone on the computer. I can play the radio station in media player, but i want to record it how can i do this?

hook a line cord to the headphone jack of the radio and the additional end to the line in on your sound card.
