Pokemon tournament For Everyone?

Ares here,

I am making a pokemon tournament.
The tournament will take place Wednesday May 20 2009
it will be a simple game.
Rules:
Lvl 50 max
No same item can be held by a pokemon
no 2 same pokemon can be in the team
it will be a 4 pokemon team double match
no hacked or cheated pokemon please.

If you wish to enter the tournament send me an email with your friend code and name.
There will only be 8 entries so rush and submit your info.

Seems fascinating… EXACTLY like the official Pokemon tourney rules. I might have been able to participate if it was Friday…

I lived at a apartments complex it is private property but founded by the government.I lived there 12 years keenly went out on april 3,2009.Fell on their property went to the emergency room.They are refusing to pay for the bills I fell because the sidewalks are uneven.The refuse to give me my deposit back & only will give me $ 50.00 in pet deposit back I paid $ 125.00 in security deposit & $ 100.00 in pet deposit.All the stains in the apartment on the floor I made.My cat never pee ed or poo pt on the carpet once in the 12 years I lived there.They had choose to take the carpet up before I ever went out.Now they are telling that it was because of the stains & excess cat hairs.I shampooed my carpets every 3 months, My apartment never ed smelled of cat.I had public in who were allergic to cats they never knew I hat one till she came out they never sneezed once while they were there. SO i told them if I didn’t get it all back I was going to get aclu in on it.SO then they band me from coming on the property only if I was invited by someone. SO i went out to see the ones who invited me back THe manger were there yelled at me told me to get off the property & called the police. Now I can not go back &see any of my friends there or I will be ares ted no reason agreed. ONe friend 93 years ancient told the manger I was invited in her house any time i wanted, But the police says I can’t now .because they got a letter from General manger saying if i go back I will be ares ted.If it is founded by the government Isn’t that public property any one can go on it?? Otherwise I say they are telling their tenants can’t have who they want in their ON apartments now.
or IF you don’t take sides with management they punish you for what you say by doing this.we can’t do a business about it.??? Thanks happylady

Yes, they can tell you not to go back. It is considered private property. If the general administrator has barred you from coming onto the property, then you have to do what he says. It is called threatening and trespassing. As for the medical bills, get a lawyer. It is going to be tough because you will have to sue the property management company and the government agency in charge of the up keep for the sidewalks. In your suit, include the money for the deposits.

Get a lawyer and stay away. Most property managers do this in these places because they can’t afford to show a loss on the property of the government will pull the contract away and they know that the public that live there can’t afford a lawyer.

Technically they can;t prevent you from visiting your friends. 1st amendment right to peacefully assemble.

That can be restricted with a restraining order to protect a particular named individual.

If you loittering, trespassing, or otherwise causing problems, then they can call the cops.

That the government fund the place does not matter to much. Maybe if the centralized government supplies near all the funding, you “might” ba able to sue if they regualrly prevent you from visiting your friends
