can I get into case western reserve university?

I have a 3.2 cumualtive gpa and my father works there. My sister is also a case alumni.My ACT score is a 29.

I don’t have a car, so i want to go there by public transportation. Thx.

You might have to use Laketran, Lake County’s public transportation system, for at least part of your journey. Due to budget cuts, Laketran no longer operates on weekends….

Depending upon where you want to go in Mentor, you either can take a Laketran commuter bus to the Mentor Market Street Park-n-Ride, or connect with a Laketran bus route at three locations. Free transfers between Laketran and RTA are available.

To make certain Laketran connections, you’ll have to use RTA to head downtown, probably using either the Rapid Red Line or the Healthline Bus Rapid. The quickest connection probably is to take the Red Line east to Windermere Station, then a 28 bus to connect with Laketran Route 2. Note, however, that Laketran Route 2 has very limited service.

If you need to reach a specific location in Mentor, or if you want to travel on the weekend, you could arrange for a taxi from your final destination in Lake County. There are several taxi systems serving Lake County (search for Lake County Ohio cabs).

The Shops of Willoughby Hills and Shoregate Shopping Center (both serviced by RTA) are in Lake County and probably 10-15 minutes from Mentor. These destinations are as close as you can get to Mentor using mass transportation on weekends, but would take a couple transfers to reach using RTA.
