How would I be able to use my JL Audio 12" W7 in my home?

I’ve search many BB’s and I need help.

I’ve done a few google searches in the past and i found there are two ways to do what i want.

1) Buy a PS that is powerful enough > 50 amp to power my current JL Audio 500/1 Car Amplifer.

2) Bypass the amp and buy a plate amp like a Bash SAM 500.

It seems to be pretty good quality but how does it compare to the Jl audio 500/1 amp i used in my car? Do you think it would be sufficent to run my Sub? Most of the time I’ve seen people say that it’s just to expensive to use a power supply >50 amps. I’ve seen them from $ 99.99 from RS for a 25 amp model to Tripplite PR50 $ 200.

It would be worth it to me to spend that much because this is a great subwoofer, but if i were to use one of these power supplies, how well would they work? Will there be alot of interference or noise? How efficient would they be? Would I be able to harness a realistic > 350 watts out of these amplifiers? I’ve the read pyramid 52k says it’s a 800 watt amp but….

get a dj amp and hook it up to your stereo then hook ur sub to that ? thats what i plan to do wit my 4 15″ hope this helps pCe

actually, it’s not good to hook car audio up with home audio in anyway.

Some info….
When I click a link from Yahoo Search results it’s goes to google’s homepage. It happens a lot. Also I could not open Task Manager on several occasions. It would load Task manager but then immediately turn off. My audio hardware just stops working. I restart the computer and change the modem line to Real HD audio and it works. But then it just stops working again. I have antivirus software but it’s not picking it up. I have updated just about everything.

My Question….
Is there something I can do? A program that wipes this out?

3. Click to select the Turn off System Restore check box. Or, click to select the Turn off System Restore on all drives check box.
4. Click OK.
5. When you receive the following message, click Yes to confirm that you want to turn off System Restore.

Then After Restart you Computer Safe Mode with Networking How To Restart? To get into the Windows Safe Mode with Networking computer is booting press and hold your “F8 Key” which should bring up the “Windows Advanced Options Menu” as shown below. Use your arrow keys to move to Safe Mode with Networking and press your Enter key. Then Download
the following file to your Desktop and Scan

Get the following software, all free, from the links below. Get them from a clean computer onto a flash drive. Now boot your computer into safe mode (hold f8 key while booting up). Run each from safe mode. This works in most cases.
