I have music that I downloaded legally onto my computer from Aol Music but it does not play now.?

How can I play or break copyrighted tunes? Do I have to become a member again? Please help as I have a lot of excellent music that is just sitting on my computer that can not be played or burned etc. Thanks.

You should be able to find a phone number on their website to call their account department. They should be able to help you with what you need to do. But next time, question her for her credit card instead of stealing it and you will be in better shape.

Contact them and they should be able to help you.
They have your files and you may have to go through a mess, like what’s your favorite color and additional off the wall questions, and these are questions that you should have answered when you signed up. That’ll prove to them that you’re who you say you are and they’ll e-mail password and screen name.
