my music videos r downloading to my ipod, but why not the tv shows?

i downloaded a music record today and before that i downloaded a degrassi episode. it didnt download when i downloaded the music record. i bought it again and it said i needed to upgrade my itunes, which i did. im wasting a lot of money trying to get this episode onto my ipod. what do you reckon i should do?

You probably need the newer version of itunes installed..

Plug the iPod in and click on the small iPod icon under Devices. At the top of that page, click on TV Shows. Then check “Sync all TV shows” and Sync it. Excellent luck.

im trying to upload a record to youtube but my videos r in quicktime format and the videos wont upload and im guessing its because youtube videos r in flash does anyone know how to convert a quicktime record from quicktime to flash?
