What is a 500 internal service error? And, how do I correct a 500 internal server error in yahoo music?

I received this error message while sampling launchcast radio for the first time. I had an uninterupted spill for about 15 minutes. Now, nothing.

I imagine the conundrum you were experiencing with the launchcast servicve has cleared up by now. But, since you did question the question, I’ll provide the answer.

HTTP/1.1 5xx reputation codes are the result of a conundrum on the ma?tre d’h?tel side of the request, not the client side.

A 500 reputation code earnings “Internal ma?tre d’h?tel error; The ma?tre d’h?tel encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.” When a 500 reputation code is returned to the client browser, it signifies that the web ma?tre d’h?tel software (the HTTP daemon or parent process) is aware that there is a conundrum, and that the HTTP service is functioning correctly, but something is preventing it from completing the process as expected. At this point, the http data spill is closed by the web ma?tre d’h?tel, and further details of the stoppage are then written to the web ma?tre d’h?tel’s error log to aid in the diagnosis of the conundrum by the site administrator.

Generally speaking, the cause of a 500 reputation code is usually related to an error or typo in a CGI script, or the stoppage of an additional component (service, ma?tre d’h?tel, data path, etc…) required to complete the task.

The best advice I can give is to simply wait a few minutes and try the request again. Many times this is just the result of someone restarting one of the required services, or reaching quota limits on the file system, or the network where the ma?tre d’h?tel resides has somehow become unstable.

If the conundrum persists, email the administrator at the address provided in the text of the error message, alerting him/her of the conundrum. Often times, the site administrator is automatically told of such errors via pager, email, or SMS alerts. The conundrum is any corrected by another program written to watch for certain contitions to occur before taking action to fix the conundrum, or by creature intercession.

What a weird question…If you don’t have the music, why would you like to know the number of measures ? And if you do have the music, then why don’t you count the measures yoursel? –unless your dog just tore the pages or something like that..
