What is the best way to download movies from limewire for ipod touch?

Most of the movies that I download don’t fit my ipod touch screen perfectly, how do I make it so the movie is as large as my screen? Currently, most of the movies are the size of 3/4 of my screen which is very annoying.

I’ve been searching for sites where I can download movies for free but I eventually have to end up paying. I just want to download movies onto my own little disk and be able to share them with my family and loved ones. Since, I can’t go many places to buy movies I figure it would be best if I make them home. So could someone please just help me out?

those are the top sites that I know of, The first two which contain bittorrents so that you won’t spend hours downloading them. The second two are sites where you have to download each file individually and that could take some time.
