I used to get the free country music lyrics on cowpie. But now i can’t get them there. Am I doing something incorrect?

I’d like to be able to make an first tune for my lyrics, then place the lyrics and the music collectively to make a song. Is that possible? Does anyone know any free programs they recommend for something like this?
