You need to sign up for a new account to have a 360 page. You can not use the same name. you need to make it different,Like shorten it from Barbara to Barb, Tom from Thomas. These are examples. Then you need to try to locate your friends by clicking on pages to find them.
And you need to download the messenger,And also try to find your friends if you can remember any names or email or nicknames.

Yahoo 360 Friends

For those who don’t have Yahoo! 360 and want to check it out, here is a screenshot. I have about 80 invites left, so if you want one send me a message.
IMO it is better than friendster or myspace, and it will be extra nifty if they decide to integrate it with flickr!
I have many entries in my yahoo 360 blog account and I would like to transfer them to a new space – is it possible to do that on yahoo? Could I also save the original date / time of the posts?
Thank you so much!

It’s not clear where the blogs are going. If it’s the Yahoo! Profile (http://profiles.yahoo.com ), you would have to add the exact times/dates of posts in the title or blog copy. Otherwise, the dates will be stated in this manner – “two weeks ago”.
You can move some 360 content (including blogs) to the Yahoo! Profile, move your blogs to another blog service (like WordPress – http://wordpress.com ), and/or move blogs to your own domain. You should move or save your content by Sunday, July 12, 2009.
YAHOO! PROFILE:
Go to http://profiles.yahoo.com and complete the setup process if you haven’t already. See http://help.yahoo.com/tutorials/prof/index.html for a tutorial.
Throughout this setup process, information from your 360 Lists, Settings, Friends, and Blog area will be transferred over. In terms of the Friends and Blog, you will have to do some manual work.
Yahoo! 360 blogs that were designated as “mature content” (at any time) will not be transferred to the Y!Profile. This is a setting that can be made via the “Blog Settings” page or in the “Show Options” area of individual blog entries. It can also be set due to a glitch. If that’s the case (at any point in time), then those blogs will not be transferred and you can’t do anything to make them automatically transfer.
See http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/360/shutdown/360shutdown-09.html , http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/profiles/cctop10/top-9.html , and http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/profiles/360users/prof360-05.html for more information.
If you are sure that the blog entries don’t actually contain mature content, you can click “Edit” on the entry in 360, copy the HTML version of the entry, compose a new entry in the Yahoo! Profile, click the “Edit HTML code” button, paste, and post the entry. Blog images are linked rather than uploaded. You would need to upload them to a site like Flickr (http://flickr.com ) or Photobucket (http://photobucket.com ) first. Then use the blog entry’s image button to add them or insert the HTML code for the image.
For non-mature blogs, you can use the 360 Blog Download Page to automatically transfer them to the Y!Profile. The 360 Blog Download Tool is available via this page: http://download.360.yahoo.com . On the left side of the top blue box, double-check your e-mail address, then click the “Move my blog to My Profile” button. Make sure to set your permissions for the blog when you’re done with the transfer. Click the “Settings” link in the upper right corner of the Y!Profile. Also, your blogs will likely be missing name identifiers for blog comments from 360 members.
OTHER BLOG SERVICES & UPDATES TO THE Y!PROFILE:
At the bottom of the 360 Blog Download Page is a box that applies to moving to other blog services. After double-checking the e-mail address, click the “Prepare my Download” button. This function will allow you to download your entire blog.
[NOTE: The first time I tried this it didn't work. I didn't get the e-mail after 24 hours. I came back again the next day, clicked the button, made sure to click on the link to return me to my 360 space on the next page, and then I received the e-mail in a few minutes as promised.]
You can use this zip file of your blog contents, which contains a text file of the HTML version of all your blogs and folder of images, to move to another site. Blogs that had been marked as mature content are included. You would have to set up an account for that blog site and then try moving the blog. The zip file works for blog services that have a Movable Type platform. Otherwise, you may need to use the service’s import tool (like in the case of Multiply – http://multiply.com/ ), utilize a workaround like with Blogger (http://www.webdevelopersnotes.com/articles/blog-converter-blogspot.php ), or copy and paste content from the text file into the HTML view of a blog entry & re-add images.
Wordpress will be added to the Y!Profile as an “update” option at some point. Blog-related services already available to show updates on the Y!Profile are Blogger, Bloglines,TravelPod, Tumblr, Vox, and Xanga.
