How to make mp3s quieter?

I’ve searched on google, but I can only find sites that tell you how to make your mp3s louder if they’re too silent. But I need to make my mp3s quieter, because they’re already too loud for me. If anyone knows excellent websites or free programs I can get to fix this, please tell me.
I also need it to save in mp3 format.

Download Audacity. It’s free and you can exchange the volume of your audio files before you save them

Google mixcraft 3 or 5 its a remix program to remix your music with and it has a trial version but it has a volume toggle to turn it down but when you save it be sure to save it as an mp3 file or it is unplayable on your player or whatever you have

I am building an electronic crow caller and one of the more vital parts I’m missing are recordings of crows to play through said caller. I would really like free mp3s or some additional sound files, but I’m having distress result anything on google. Does anyone happen to know where I can download some crow call sounds?
